To statta zitt
Check to see if your prop is slipping on it's hub. Leave the engine in forward gear (IMPORTANT, shut engine off.) If you can reach the prop, try to move it with your hands, if you can, prop needs to be rebuilt or try a different prop. This is an easy cheap check before you have to tear into your lower unit.
