I bought a 2008 Sea Ray 250 SLX...

  I bought a 2008 Sea Ray 250 SLX last year and I have been having trouble with the Smart Craft /Smart Tow and the dashboard gauges freezing on me when I am cruising at 25 mph.  All the gauges freeze so I do not know the water depth, or what position the sterndrive is in or what speed I am going or anything.

  Does anyone know what could be the problem?

I have a 2007 Sea Ray 260 SDX and had a similar problem of random gauges freezing, I had to replace the controlling gauge, in my case the tach.

Thanks for the info Wade-When you say " replaced the controlling guage" , In my case , would that be the Tach/Smart Craft/Smart Tow guage?
