560 DB Sunpads

Hello all,

I purchased a 2002 560DB earlier this year, but the boat is missing the sun pads.  I can see where the canvas would go (that's missing too), but I don't have anything to use for a template for new pads.  I could measure and make something custom, but I am not clear on how the pads "lock in" on the bow.  It looks like there are mounts there for some time of frame.  If any one has any information or pictures that show what the OEM pads look like and how they attach, I would be much obliged!

I think you are going to need something more "official" to figure it out. They are not rectangles. They have an odd shape and they connect through slide-in tracks on 3 sides. Honestly if it were me I would just have rectangles built and put in there and top them off with a canvas cover to keep them from blowing away. What are sin pads? Should my 93 550 Sedan Bridge have them? Is it for the front deck?

I would think your 55SD would have them as well. They are just 2 vinyl soft pads to lay out on. They are side-by-side and covered with a canvas snap down cover. You would know if you should have them because there would be 2 recessed areas on your bow. Check your manual.
