Fellow 48 Sedan bridge Owners

Have a 2003 version with QSM11 Cummins and straight drives. Have been concerned with shudder upon gear engagement at idle. Same seems more pronounced in STBD FWD. Doing a compare in engine room and on cockpit in P & S  gear engagements all feel about the same. Had cutlass bearings and props changed during survey. My contacts say typical for big props and tunnel design and also that the shudder gravitates to the fly bridge more so, especially since the helm floor is more to STBD.

What do you think?

I would look to your transmission, how is the oil? A shudder is probably an engagement issue and could be from low or dirty oil. Possibility transmission telling you something?
