You can try calling your local sea ray dealer, but I would doubt they will have these in stock. Is your missing or just broken? If broken I would bring it to a local marine fabrication shop and have the repair it or use it as a template to make a new one. If missing, maybe sea ray has a dimensioned drawing for it they can share, or find someone who has same boat and photo that with dimensions.
