I have a 2005 420 Sundancer. I am trying to find out where the amp for the radio may be? Also, has anyone changed out the 20" flip down TV? I see that it is DC voltage and uses coax cable and the cable boxes do not have coax anymore.

Thanks,

When I revamped my A/V system I routed the HDMI out from my cable TV set top box and from my wireless Bluray player to a 2x2 HDMI switch, so that either TV can select either HDMI source.

That HDMI switch also has IR repeaters, so I put an IR receiver under each TV and an IR flasher in-front of the Bluray player and in-front of the stereo head unit. Both are hidden behind solid doors.

The cable TV set top box has a RF remote control, so it is good hidden behind a screwed-on panel.

All of those electronics are powered by a hidden inverter w/ a small control panel that is easy to access in-case power needs to be cycled when things get confused.

Most current-technology televisions are Class II double-insulated AC-powered devices. It is good to swap out working televisions every few years because of improvements.

The amps should be below the little cabinet under your electrical panel. Possibly behind the couch back if not there. I seem to remember seeing a battery charger in that space on my friend's boat as well.

The amp is behind the couch backrest. The back has Velcro on GE two sides and three threaded studs that slip into the cabinet behind. Pull the sides away from he Velcro and then lift the back section up and off evenly. Both amps are there. it's a simple job to replace, just match up the wiring one leg at a time.
