I have a 2008 44 Seadan Bridge I am changing the auto pilot and I cannot find the auto pilot compass, my manual says it's in under the bunk in the 2nd cabin but it's not there anyone have an idea where it is.

Mine is on the inboard bunk under the mattress near vacuum pumps.

On the 95 it is on the stringer in the 2nd bunk under the hatch

If it is original , it will be on the center line if the boat under a deck plate. Best
