I own a 2004 600SS with 1005 MAN v-10s for power. Best boat I've ever owned. I don't see too many of them around, so I'm not sure if there'll be an answer here, but I'd like to install a galley exhaust fan setup over (or next to) the cooktop, as my "stewardess" like to cook on board, especially during this virus situation where we're not dining out as much (never). When we got into it, I was surprised to see that Sea Ray chose to use a single fan to exhaust both the galley and the forward head compartment - connected with long stretches of flex duct, rendering the whole setup useless for air removal. So, I'm starting over. Has anyone attempted to improve the galley exhaust setup?
