I have a 2003 AJ 290.  Noticed an exhaust fan? Located in the anchor line storage locker.  Not sure if it is working or not.  What controls this device?

That sounds like the Bilge Blower.

There is a dash panel switch for that blower.

The blower is run prior to starting the engine, when operating below cruising speed and after refueling has been completed.
