Welcome to the forum.

Sure, ask at the dealership parts department.

If they can't help, get a local canvas shop to fabricate what is required.

My strong suggestion is to only use PTFE thread to be impervious to sunlight disintegration.

This topic shows my custom canvas enclosure.

Try Great Lakes Boat Top. They are the OEM supplier for canvas for Sea Ray boats. I was able to order a cockpit cover for my 1992 boat from them, as they still had the patterns. I just had a local shop install the snaps for me. They are great to deal with.

Great info Jordan G. but they don't have patterns for the big boats, like for the OP's 460DA.

They go up to 340DA.

When I do my canvas projects I use my Pres-N-Snap tool. I also have the other attachments for adding grommets and stacked male / female snaps.

This is a great tool and very well made.

Good to know about the snap tool. Thanks for the info.

If Great Lakes or Westland didn’t make the top, then it was probably done in house by Sea Ray. They may or may not have the patterns still. Wingless gave the best advise for the top.

Cheapest (not really a thing) route is to find a local canvas shop and have them remake them in the color you want. Projects like that, the time to make them is the biggest expense, fabric is cheap. You can always tackle the project yourself, a standard home sewing machine will handle 3-4 layers of sunbrella material. I buy all of my canvas supplies from sailrite.com. They have plenty of how to videos for just about every project you could want to make on a boat and then some.

Great lakes also sell a snap installation tool that is a modified vise grip tool. Worked great and less pricey.
