2006 SR 340 DA. The Smartcraft display and downstream gauges are cycling on and off in 2 second intervals. Gauges look like mini wiper blades cycling zero to normal with alarm beeper sounding in sync. Engines rpm varies in sync. I suspect problem may be communication issue with Merc version of CAN bus. Has 2 blue cables from engine to dash. Only found one 120 ohm resistor in dash. I read a normal CAN bus has a resistor at each end. The resistor tested good but have a spare arriving today. Does not have DTS. Cleaned all connections and tested batteries. Getting fault codes that may be due to repeat loss of communication with sensors. Anybody experienced this or have advice? Thanks
