Had the same issue with my 2005 280 Dancer. You can also call Sea Ray, give them the old part number (above) and they will give you the new part number. You can then order the new one from your dealer. It will come with a black cover, instead of the wood grain. But it’s only held together with a few screws that are siliconed in. So unscrew and swap the cover with yours, re-silicone the screws and install...you’ll be back in business.

Got it- thanks JeffP! First trying a reset procedure that I got from Flounder Pounder. Then I may have to explore this option. Much appreciated.
