A boat near me attempted a solution to effect this requirement. It always looked messy, w/ water cascading down from the air.
A pump, plumbing and fittings are required to suck sea water to the strainer inlet.
A much better solution is to instead toggle the A/C so the fans run continuously. This will limit / prevent problems from water vapor in the air. This solution is used for my boat in the tropics and I am very satisfied w/ the results.
