New purchase of a 2020 350 Cruiser with many factory issue's after delivery. How can I get assistance from Sea Ray, despite sending numerous emails and request both from their support website and from the dealership ??

 

I tried even calling support -- they were very curtious and polite but only sent a from reply email and never heard from anyone to investigate the issue's

Good luck w/ your new boat. It is too bad the dealership and the manufacturer has not yet provided sufficient support.

don't like to hear this. the dealership should be helping you out. but I had the same trouble when I purchased a used Sea Ray from a major dealer. was finally told that they cater to new boats and any work I got from them would be on the back burner.
