I purchased a 2020 21DDX with a Merc 200 outboard this year, my problem is that the Merc can’t tilt up fully so the lower unit stays submerged up to the prop and I can’t flip the lever up that secures the engine for trailering. Has anyone else had this problem and if so is there a fix?
