I usually run my boat engines at least once a week and up until now have had no issues. I started the port engine and when I went to start the starboard engine the alarm sounds as normal but the engine does not turn over, as in it seems no voltage to starter solenoid. The engine batteries are serviced but are getting close to replacement. I tried the emergency start (paralleling batteries) with no success.
I am suspecting a failure of the starboard engine battery, but would appreciate any input regarding this issue. I am also looking for engine owners/service manual for the MCM Engine/sterndrive since when I purchased the boat there were no manuals. Thank you in advance for any help with this............
