2019 SLX 280 Transom Speakers Popping once Volume increased to certain level

Hi,
I have a 2019 SLX 280 with the Fusion sound system.  The speakers in the transom are popping once the volume gets loud and a song with bass kicks in.  Anyone have ideas or run into this?

Id be interested to know if you ever found a solution.  I just purchased a 2019 190 SPX and I have the same problem.  Sound system goes up to volume 24, it gets very crackly and poppy once i get over 11 or 12... not very loud at all.

Speaker crackling is almost always caused by a connection problem. Someplace between your amplifier and your speaker driver, there's a bad wire which is causing the driver to move abruptly, causing interference. Or A sound source is overloaded with sound. ... Pushing speakers to produce louder sounds than they were designed to produce will lead to a distorted output( need better speakers).
