Bilge blowers need repair

Hello, 

I have a 2008 220 Sundeck. I've noticed the bilge blowers are starting to go. Has anyone ever tried to change these themselves? If so, are you able to walk me through it?

Is the issue access? On my 2000 380DA I have swapped by degraded / failed blowers over the years w/ identical parts.

If the issue is access can images please be shared showing the problem(s)?
