Good morning, have a 2007 260 Sundancer w/ a 350 mag. Noticed a fuel leak at the CF module, maybe from the outlet fuel line O-ring. Can this unit be rebuilt, or does it need to be replaced as a whole like I'm being told. Any input will be helpful. Thank you.

The o ring Is an easy the change. There is a special screw (like a flat plunger) that holds the fuel tube in the inlet. It should be snug tight. If changing the o ring does not stop the fuel leak, check the fuel line itself. You may need to check the CFM internally as they do tend to corrode at the fitting ports. CFM replacement is an easy 3 bolt 1 hour job. Avg CFM part cost $1200. Need install detail? Let me know.

Thank you Vinster. We had the CF rebuilt for $500.00 only to find the fuel line cracked at the flared fitting that goes into the CFM. Ordered replacement line. Kind of a funky set up.
