I have new 383s in my 1997 330 Sundancer and had to decrease the pitch on the props by 2 inches. I have a v drive boat. Pitch change is required due to the much higher WOT recommended rpm for the 383s. So far with around 100 hrs on the install I'm pretty pleased with the performance. Mileage is about the same.
