Hi I have a 2000 270 Sundancer ,I’m planning on installing 2 rod holders on top rail where the side vents are ,they will hang down into the vent area ,this may be a dumb question but I’m going to throw it out anyway, before i drill searay wouldn’t run wires thru the fiberglass , I don’t want to drill and find out I cut wires that would be a nightmare thank you

I had that boat and it had two rod holders as far back as you can go towards the stern. If you pull the transom shower assembly out you should be able to see up in there. The starboard side storage compartment should give you enough access to see up in there.
