Pitot on Bravo 3 is on leading edge under the cavitation (flat) plate. It is a very small hole. Use a small drill bit (by hand) and turn it in and pull it out several times until it stops. You will not hurt anything doing it by hand. After that, there is a hose coming in through the transom. Find it and where it hooks to. Disconnect and blow through it. Air should go through freely.
If this all checks out, then it is electronic. Bad sensor or gauge.
