I have a 2002 410 Express. I am having issues with my westerbeke gen. I have been replacing fuel pumps yearly. I don’t use it only about twice a year on long day. The fuel pump seems to be overheating lack of fuel, except it never stops or lag of running. I have a clear fuel filter which I can see the fuel. It fills then goes empty and back and forth. I have ran another pick up line from tank and connected the two. I have removed fuel pump from hard to get under gen and mounted easier access. I have added a second fuel pump in line closer to tank still no success.Even if I run both pumps the pressure still is around 5 psi, installed gauges on both pumps. After running a full day the pump starts getting real noisy and time to replace. The only item I haven’t change is the safety switch before the fuel filter. Any ideas? Thanks
