I have a 2018 SDX 250. It has had electrical problems since purchased, new. The dealer cannot find what's wrong. Currently, when you place the master power switch to the on position all of the electronics, except the starter & engine will not work. The dealer solution is to tell me to run it on the alternate, yellow position using both batteries. I know this is the wrong way. How do I get the dealer to fix it correctly. I am going to write to Sea Ray directly but hoped they might see this post.

Is the boat still under warranty? I have a 2018 280 SLX. Warranty is five years.

Yes, it is under factory warranty. Doesn't seem to matter. There have been problems since purchased and the dealer can't seem to do anything. Do get a lot of lip service.

Did you buy the boat new or used? Which dealer? I'd like to know so that everyone can avoid a dealer who does not do their job. Do you have a contact at Sea Ray? Sea Ray Customer Service # is 865-971-6250
