I have !n 1989 Seville 20 with no motor. Does anyone have experience converting boat like this to an electric motor?

Welcome to the forum.
It is unlikely that a conversion from gas to electric will have acceptable results.
The electric boat should be planned from the onset, w/ weight, hull shape, power / performance requirements, the whole design.
It is probable that the cost will be high and the end result will be unusable.
Why not just get a decent motor and outdrive then enjoy the boat?
