I’m looking for some help. I have a 2004 220 Sun Deck with the merc 5.0 and B3. I started having problems with the trim gauge, and it finally stopped working. As I learned more, I found out about the trim sensor and trim limit mounted on the lower unit. On inspection, the wires are broken, and the insulation is dry rotted.
I think I can change them without removing the lower, after watching some videos. Does anyone know the parts number for the replacement? Any pointers on doing the job would be appreciated!
