I have a 2010 280 SunDeck with ECT-350 MAG MPI DTS BR 3 (300 PHP) STERN DR. I get a System Fault alarm when pulling back to idle. With the water pressure showing on the SmartCraft, the water pressure drops to zero. At speed the pressure is 10.5 to 12.0 psi. I had a fresh water flush added when I bought the boat.
The water pump and impeller have been replaced but not to say the new ones aren't at fault. It doesn't make sense that it is the thermostat stuck open but I am looking for someone more knowledgeable than me. Could it be the sensor?
Anyone seen this problem? Thanks
