Replacing A/C units on my 38 Sundancer

So after basic analysis, have decided to replace both 7K and 12K A/C units. Both show low pressure which I believe usually means the freon has leaked out. Both units blow air but no temperature change. Raw water flows from both. Units were not serviced or used for years. Webasto has retrofit units with rotating blower collars, and new units may be had for $3100 (both). I contacted three separate A/C service shops about checking the units suggesting I would bring them into their shops. One wasn't interested, two others never even returned my call.

Anyone have any additional thoughts or comments?
