You should get a Mercury technician. Sorry.

Those engines need always on clean power, that connects at the back of those engines, looks like where the arrow is pointing. And that clean power is protected by a 5A fuse. Something in the engine electronics is causing the fuse to blow. There might be a message on the engine logs which a Mercury tech could get to, or they may have experience with what commonly causes that fuse to blow. Sorry.
