We have a 2003 340 Sundancer. how do I gain access into the light fixtures in the ceiling of the cabin/salon to change the light bulbs?

If yours are like mine, as shown in this image, there are spring-loaded clips retaining the fixture to the back side of the opening.
Grab the edge of the fixture and pull it out of the hole, helping the springs release.

are you talking about the DC lights? or the 2 fixtures that have the AC & DC bulbs in them?
