Maybe someone can help me with such question - does DRY WEIGHT of the boat includes weight of engines?

According to Google: Dry weight is the weight of a boat without any fluids or accessories added. This is the way that it comes from the factory. Wet weight, on the other hand, is after all fluids and accessories have been added to the boat.

So, yes those inboard engines are included in the dry weight, probably the standard Mercruiser T254DA Diesel, assuming differences to the optional engines.
