Recently purchased a '88 460 Express Cruiser. Love the boat but have a major engine issue. Detroit Diesel 6V92 Dumping oil out of exhaust. Replaced turbo's twice on the motor. Has anyone experienced this.  Approx. 1600 hrs. Am I looking at a complete rebuild? Also does anyone have any interior pictures to share as we are redoing the interior.

Oil out the exhaust should not equal a complete rebuild. I would have a certified DD guy look at it before condemning the whole motor. They were known to have bad turbos and the rebuilt turbos that are out there are even worse.
