Hello. You could try to go with a 17 or 15 pitch, but I doubt it would make much of a difference. With trim tabs all the way down and a different prop, you still have a very heavy boat with not alot of engine. Unfortunately, 260 hp won’t be enough to get the boat on plane quickly.
