Engine Won't Turnover/Radio Doesn't Work/Nav Lights Work

As the title states, I just connected the battery (single battery, Outboard) and after flipping the engine switch to on, nothing. Plenty of power as horn, lights, trim all work. Battery is running at 12.8 amps. Nothing is tripped (that I can see in reference to the little red Thermal test button and black arm that pops out when said red button is pushed), fuses aren't blown. Is there a hidden fuse/kill switch I'm missing? Kill switch on the throttle is set to "run." Throttle is in Nuetral. 2017 210 SPX OB.

It's almost as if turning the dial to on isn't even powering anything for the engine, but all the other things I listed work fine. Any thoughts?

So after checking the Fuse Assembly, under the console, I noticed my ignition fuse was blown. Cannot believe I absolutely missed it, but problem solved regardless! Kinda embarrassed, but hey, live and learn. Lol.
