Hello All,

Just moved up to a new to me 2008 290slx and am having a difficult time locating a factory extended swim platform. I have looked at all of the custom platform manufactures, just prefer the look of the factory setup. Anyone know a place to start looking for a used/salvaged platform.

Sea Ray dealers can order the factory swim platform for the 290slx. I had one quoted while looking at a 290 without the extended as I feel the same way you do about non-mfr add-ons. The quote was nearly $4k so be prepared when they give you the price.

Interesting, I asked our local dealer and was told that the mold for that platform was no longer available. Try a different dealer?

The Sea Ray dealer in this area uses Swim Platforms .com I think the platforms are made in Phoenix. These are well made and look good. If you can't get OEM, check out these platforms.
