Hi all. First post here. I just bought a '94 180 Signature O/B with a new Mercury 150 and it looks like floor is shot. I new it had a soft spot but for the price with a super clean outboard and a solid trailer, the boat was practically free. I didn't count on un-glassed plywood from the windshield back to the stern and the bow was glassed but that's where the damage is. I'm in NJ but wondering if anyone has a ballpark cost for that type of repair work. Like $/ft...
