I have a 2016 270 Sundeck

For those of you mounting flags on your boats.... I can't find a logical place to put a flag pole holder that doesn't have cushions in the way. 

Where are you putting flag mounts on your boat? 

Pictures would be good.

I haven't mounted mine yet, but I'm planning to put it on the port side next to the transom seating. There's an area that's flat right before it slips up towards the arch. Looking at the marketing pics, this is where it's mounted at the factory.

That's where it goes when you get the factory option.

LuckyDog do you know the size of the flag and flag pole? Also do you know the brand?

The pole is 40 inches long and the flag is 15"x24". Don't know the brand because it came with the boat.

I like the flag centered on the transom too..

The problem is the 270 SDX has upolstery across the transom and a water ski pole in the middle.
