I am wondering if someone can help me with what was right there?

That's interesting in looking at the photo I think that maybe there used to be some sort of dash pad below the radio?

Any idea what year that boat is in the photo?

I am betting that it was a mod the owner made to mount a Chartplotter/GPS. Looks like a small Garmin would fit there.
