You can check with your sea ray dealer in their parts department. They can order the part for you. We're had the same problem. If you go to sea ray jennifer residents, download the parts manual for your boat. It lists every part number for your boat. It helped us get the correct step cover.
The GG Schmitt & Sons concealed swim platform ladder the factory installed onto my 2000 380DA has specific bits used on all the sliding joints. Those bits eventually failed on my ladder.
The manufacturer sold me a set of those bits and now my ladder has been restored to normal operation.
