Thinking about next boating season in NYC. I'd like to circumnavigate around Manhattan Island in my 19' bow rider. I need a haul in/out or ramp as I'd be trailering from Suffolk County. Any suggestions regarding if this is a safe sane thing to do with all the ferry boats, barges, etc
