I did mine on a2002 460. The Sea Ray support guy sent me a drawing that was helpful. As I recall, you unscrew and remove the frames, which was easier than it sounds. Then you work the wall coverings carefully down, exposing the plywood bulkhead above the door. The bulkhead had vertical cuts that allowed you remove a center section held by screws. This gives you the access you need. Order the parts you need from Sea Ray. The tracks may be OK. The trucks that ride on the tracks may be the problem, but on mine the leading truck had somehow detached from the door. The job does require some patience, so good luck.
