I have a 2003 Sea Ray 480 Sedan Bridge.  Recently I've noticed a significant water leak coming from the air conditioning vent in the aft of the Salon.  The water leaks on both the port and starboard sides.

Could the Salon a/c be the cause of the leak?

Welcome to the forum.

This only needs to be posted once.

Is it possible that the cold surfaces created by AC operation are condensing water vapor from within the cabin, with the excessive water existing because the cabin door is open?

I had a similar problem. I had a broken duct behind a uninsulated compartment and created a Huge amount of condensation.

Thank you Wingless and Stcdjim! As I posted above, although I suspected an AC problem, the issue was a lose fitting on the water supply to the sink on the wet bar up in the Fly Bridge.

Thank you for you comments! Best regards.

I had water intermittently leaking from my ceiling. Thought for sure it was a leak somewhere in the windshield etc. Turned out to be a leak in the windshield wiper hose that obviously only leaked when using the windshield washer.
