I own a '99 380DA and one of my DC main solenoid switches (port) has a burned out light(blue) when turning it on. I have not opened my electric panel to inspect the replacement thereof. Has anyone done such a replacement and your source for a new rocker switch. Secondly my port side voltage gauge is showing an overcharge reading at 16+ buried position. Sea Ray tells me those particular gauges are no longer available. Source or suggestion for a replacement? A qualified tech from my winter storage boat yard verified the gauge is faulty and my regulator is putting out the correct voltage of 12v+/-.

Why not just swap the switch in the engine room for the burnt our switch in the salon?

This volt meter could possible be modified to work, or be a drop-in replacement.

Thx Wingless but the image I see for the 1733928 DPDT (ON)/OFF/(ON) switch via Google isn't what I have. I am going to my local Sea Ray dealership today with the part numbers.

The 1733928 part number is for the switch body, without the rocker. The rocker snaps on and off. The tool is very handy for removing the actuator.

You can probably save a trip to your dealer by just calling the guys at Flounder Pounder. They are now Carling dealers and stock most everything used on Sea Ray boats.

MarineMax replaced all three solenoid switches on my 2000 380 Sundancer last year when the generator switch would not stay on. $150 service charge. 410 dancer next to me replaced all of the switches at the helm himself with a switch kit from Flounder Pounder $300.

It is possible that one of the two fuses in the battery disconnect contactor has failed, killing the indicator lamp.

The fuses plug into the contactor body and should be verified to be good.

All three contactors are within the port side box, screwed to the wall in-front of the port engine.
