My husband and I have a 1999 40 foot SeaRay Sundancer with a pesty leak we still have not been able to find after several years.  During heavy rain, the galley floor has water coming in an pooling around the right hand corner of the floor by the refrigerator,  which is definitely not coming from the port hole. There is no rain pooling by the port hole on the inside, the shelf by the port hole is not wet, the floor directly in front of the refrigerator is not wet, there is not water in the cabinet under the galley sink, so it has to be coming in from some other source.  Any ideas? my husband did recalk the porthole, all the railings in the vacinity and has restripped the windshield.  We are very frustrated.  If you've had this problem, please share your resolution!!!!

Could it be coming down from a leak at the salon door? Does the problem happen when the cockpit is enclosed w/ eisinglass and canvas?

When the windshield rubber was replaced, were each of the screws first removed and re-caulked?

Is the galley vent clamshell cover in-place and secure?

Is the skylight caulk solid? Is the center railing and the perimeter railing caulk solid? Is there damage, or repaired damage?

I don't think this is a leak at the salon door, because there is no water anywhere else near the door, but my daughter did point out to me that the cabinet over the 3 burner stove does sometimes get water in it, and so that is also involved with the water coming in.
