As simple as may seem, the ladder of my 2006 260 sundancer  has become harder and harder to pull out. Any suggestions?

You can use a marine grease on the slides and some LPS 1 or 2
on the ladder portion. We lube ours reg. and have no problems.

Ours did the same, we used it to get up on the boat on the trailer and slowly it bent it , finally had to replace and now it only gets used when it's in the water.

Dealing with same issue and actually the ladder has been in the extended position from when i bought it last year and had to lean up against rear seat, tried everything but sadly have to look into finding a replacement

GG Schmitt and Sons should be your ladder manufacturer. Www.ggschmitt.com. You can buy the rubber slides and stainless hardware.

A ladder rebuild kit was purchased with all the screws and slides, now mine works / looks like new again.

My boat has this G.G. Schmitt & Sons ladder.
