The blower switch is a power input to the blower module. That module monitors the blowers and illuminates the switch light only when all is good. Some is shown on page 20.
The Main DC panel has 6A over current protection breakers for each blower, shown on page 30. Are those breakers tripped?

The blower control module in my 2000 380DA is located behind the main breaker panel in the engine compartment.
