Good morning everyone!

I have a 2013 280 Sundancer with approx.190 hrs. Last year I began to have an issue with fueling. When I gas up I begin to have issues with the gas pump shutting off when I’m about half full. I was told that the problem may be with the carbon filter, so I replaced it. There was some improvement, but  now the problem occurs at 3/4’s full. Any advice for this problem that’s now become an issue? Thank you in advance for your help.

The tank has both the fill hose and the vent hose.

Both should slope downhill to the tank (when the boat is at rest), without any dips or bumps.

Examine the hoses for proper routing, fix if required.

The vent fitting is a perfect home for spider nests. Inspect and clean if required.
