Hello, the steering on my 1994 270 Sundancer had been tightening up recently and is now completely locked up.
I read the part number to be "SSC1342" (see pic below) though there appears to be an extra partial character. When searching for part number "SSC1342" the results contain an extra number at the end.
Unfortuantely, it appears that the SSC1342 series is obsolete and has been replaced by the SSC124 series. In order to replace the SSC1342, it is noted that "The Direct Replacement Cable for these systems is SSC124xx, however Replacement of the Helm, Cable and Bezel System using SeaStar Solutions Kit SS141 is Recommended."
Does anyone have any similar experience with this?
