Aft cabin tv removal

I have a 2007 C Ray 400 and motoryacht. I would like to remove the flat screen TV that is mounted and replace it with a digital TV along with the DVD below it. I cannot seem to identify how to remove the TV or the DVD player that is Velcro to the bottom. Any help would be much appreciated.
