Chart plotter locations on 2007 240 Sundancer

I just bought a new Simrad Evo3 NSS7. As most of know there is limited dash space on the 240's and 260's. Has anyone else added a chart plotter, and if so where/how? I have a Ram Mount coming, which should help with an above dash install, but other ideas would be welcomed.

Thanks in advance

A small plotter may be surface mounted , to the left of the gauges, as shown in this image.

That Simrad NSS7 evo3 is too large to surface mount at any location on that boat.

A trunnion mount is required for using that Simrad on that boat.

That RAM mount provides additional flexibility for the trunnion mount.

It looks like the top left surface, near the cup holder, is a good choice for the plotter.
